Psyllium powder, 90 g. Milled husks of Plantago ovata seed — a plant source of soluble fibre.
On contact with water it swells and forms a gel, so it is taken with plenty of liquid. It has no taste or smell, so it does not change the dish it goes into.
How to use it
A teaspoon in a glass of water or juice, drunk straight away before it thickens, followed by another glass of water. In smoothies, yoghurt or porridge. In gluten-free baking, as a binder in place of gluten.
Ingredients: 100% psyllium seed husks.
Storage: in a dry place, well closed.
